REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Barffi, we are dedicated to offer a shopping experience that is seamless to free you from all the hassles. Each piece is crafted with care, keeping your individuality and style in mind. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we have a clear and fair Refund & Returns Policy in place to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

We currently offer refunds or exchanges for ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in the original shipping box or a similar secure package to prevent damage.

If the above criteria are met, we will gladly process a refund or offer an exchange based on your preference.

2. Custom-Made & Personalized Orders

We put extra love and care into crafting customized or made-to-measure garments. Since these items are tailored especially for you, unfortunately they are not eligible for return or refund.

However, there are two exceptions to this rule:

  • If the item received is damaged upon arrival.
  • If the garment is significantly different from what was agreed upon—such as an incorrect design, size, or color.

In such cases, we will either remake the item at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

To maintain hygiene and fairness, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Customized or personalized outfits
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories, including jewelry, bags, belts, or clutches

We encourage you to review all product details, sizing guides, and descriptions before placing your order. If you need assistance, our customer care team is happy to help.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@barffi.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product if it is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either arrange a return pickup or ask you to send the item back to our address.

5. Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue the refund via store credit or bank transfer, as per your choice.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet the conditions stated above. So make sure you read the guidelines before placing an order to avoid any hassle.
